Administrative-General of the AMU

Yaroslav Mar is a Russian and Israeli musician, travel manager, entrepreneur and humanitarian activist. He serves as President of the Federal Republic of Lostisland and has led the AMU since 2014.

His professional affiliations include membership in the Royal Musical Association (UK), the Royal Society for Music History of The Netherlands, the Anglo-Portuguese Society, and the American Society of Travel Advisors. He holds the rank of Captain in Corps Saint Lazarus International (Austria).

Making public statements on behalf of the AMU
Maintaining the AMU's digital and social media assets

Organizing voting procedures

Election Process

The Administrative-General is selected by simple majority vote from existing member state delegates. The position carries a four-year term with no limit on reelection eligibility. The Administrative-General serves as "first among equals" without special privileges. Removal requires a two-thirds majority resolution vote.
